By scheduling or paying for any service offered through www.stephanieansin.com, WSLA LLC, and/or by communicating with a member of the WSLA LLC team (hereinafter "Spiritual Consultant") in any fashion you are attesting that you have read and understand this legal disclaimer and terms of services.

We may revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the website thereafter. Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

1. You are 18 years or older.

2. Spiritual Consultant prides herself on honesty and integrity. Every reading and coaching session is done to the best of Spiritual Consultant's ability, however 100% accuracy is not guaranteed and you may not hear what you are expecting to.

3. All readings, coaching sessions, live events (digital and in person), and consultations with Spiritual Consultant are for entertainment purposes only. This includes information obtained on website and other social media platforms.

4. No reading, coaching session, or live event given by Spiritual Consultant is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.

5. Spiritual Consultant accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her/their reading, coaching session, consultation, or attendance at a live (digital and in person) event.

6. Anti-Harassment: Client acknowledges and agrees that verbal abuse and/or harassment of any kind towards Spiritual Consultant or her team is unacceptable and shall be grounds for Spiritual Consultant to cease services immediately.

7. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Spiritual Consultant and its heirs, relatives, employees, subcontractors, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.

8. Copyright and Confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc. without written permission from Spiritual Consultant.

9. Social Media: You may share my content on appropriate social media outlets as long as appropriate attribution is given.

10. You have read and understand our Privacy Policy.

11. Payment Policies: Readings and coaching sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund as long as written notice is given 48 hours in advance. Any session canceled without 48 hours' notice and due to a non-emergency is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

12. Intention of Material: No material on this website, in any course or program (digital and/or live) of Spiritual Consultant on any social media platform is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.
